We hope you are happy with any item you buy from us. If you are unhappy, for whatever reason, we can offer a refund on your items but cannot refund any shipping costs. We will refund the cost of the items only.

Some of these agates and cabochons can be small, check the sizes of each stone before you order. Check to see how the stone is finished. Some people prefer flat faced stones, some prefer a contoured finish.

As a part of the service we request that you contact us to let us know if you have received your items and if you are happy with your items.
